“Little Tyke” directors are professionally trained individuals with experience in child care. Each director must complete 20 hours management and child development classes each year.
Every employee of “Little Tyke” is carefully screened and properly trained. Staff must love children and be blessed with a good sense of humor and a large dose of patience. Each one must complete a minimum of 15 hours of child development training per year. CPR and First Aid certified people are on staff at all times. Criminal background check on each employee. Motor vehicle history check on all drivers.
“Little Tyke” has an open door policy. Parents are encouraged to visit and participate in activities of the center.
Parent Education classes are sponsored by “Little Tyke” at their locations.
Family Counseling referrals are available.
