
Tykercise is a Little Tyke sponsored Kid Fitness Program that provides a complete exercise program for children; we incorporate kid’s music, equipment and props. It is much like normal child’s play but more structured and continuous.
Tykercise has four primary goals:
- Build healthy lifestyles including sound eating habits and regular exercise.
- Practice basic sports skills for an active life during adulthood.
- Teach about the body, heart, lungs, muscles, bones, teeth and safety, etc.
- Cultivate self-esteem and team-work camaraderie.
