Free Daycare
Following an employee’s first year employment anniversary; teachers shall receive free child care for the oldest child who attends the center. All other children in the family shall attend at a 50% rate. Teachers with infants shall pay 75% of the daily service fee until the child reaches 18 months of age. After reaching 18 months the employee shall only pay 50% of the daily service fee.

Additional Benefits
- Incentive bonuses - Paid quarterly if center makes a profit, after 90 days plus full quarter
- Perfect attendance - An extra days pay each month for not being absent or late for work.
- Vacation Pay - Starting January 1 of following year of employment
- Holiday Pay - After 90 days
- Tuition Reimbursement - Little Tyke will reimburse up to $10.00 per credit hour for classes taken and passed with a ‘C’ letter grade or above. (College or University)

- Family Referral - Little Tyke will pay an employee $25.00 for each family referral that enrolls at a Little Tyke Center.
- $100.00 Suggestion - Little Tyke will pay an employee $100.00 for suggestions submitted and subsequently implemented company wide.
